Seven up as Eldoret Falcon smash Vihiga Leeds

Suzanne Akinyi scored her first hat-trick as Eldoret Falcons smashed their hosts Vihiga Leeds in Kenyan Women Premier League (KWPL) played at Mumias Complex, Kakamega County.

Falcons had a successful Saturday outing smashing their hosts 7-0 to collect maximum points, their second since the Zone B KWPL started.

It was a great outing for former Wadadia FC Akinyi who delivered three goals for the Eldoret based team as she joined the efforts with Ruth Ongotsi who managed to net a brace.

Ascar Metto and Elizabeth Mulupi netted one each to ensure they travel with three points back home to tally their points to 7 after six matches played.

The Eldoret side are now on seven points on the log, and will face a rather uphill task when they meet Vihiga Queens in their next encounter at the Kipchoge Keino Stadium.
